Clean Cooking
National sustainable supply chain activation plan for modern energy cooking - Phase I and Phase II MECS / FCDO · $77k and $300k
Authored the grant applications defining both phases of the activation plan; served as data scientist and reporting lead across all project activities, and contributed to company strategy alongside the senior management team. This culminated in a co-authored research paper published on the project activities: EnerGrow’s MECS-SC2 Phase II Project - Financing E-Cooking Adoption through Strategic Partnerships and Microfinance.
Promoting clean cooking through electric pressure cookers - High Tier Clean Cooking programme GIZ · $30k
Data lead for collection, analysis and reporting; operationalised the credit assessment process with the credit department, built company-wide SOPs, and ran data quality assurance across field collection feeding the credit model.

Built and maintained a production pipeline extracting CRM data via REST API into Supabase/PostgreSQL, transformed and tested through dbt, and orchestrated with GitHub Actions CI/CD for daily delivery to Looker Studio dashboards used by credit, operations and finance. Established the data governance framework, data dictionary and metric glossary; automated procurement bookkeeping, asset logging and payment reconciliation; authored SOPs and training materials driving adoption among non-technical users.

Developed the initial credit-scoring models and field data-collection tools underpinning low default rates across the lending portfolio; designed, cleaned and analysed survey and operational datasets covering 4,000+ customers for segmentation, targeting and credit model development.
